KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate warehouse management system, continuously optimize, and update warehouse workflow
and specifications; formulate and implement warehouse safety operation management and anti-theft
specifications; formulate warehouse management specifications and maintain the warehouse in
accordance with the warehouse management specifications
- Receive and review incoming orders for spare parts, receive and store spare parts in accordance with
incoming orders, developing incoming exception reports and feedback to the Spare Parts Manager.
- Pick the goods according to the instruction of spare parts release, pack and ship the spare parts
according to the requirement, contact the courier company, track the progress of the shipment, sign
and file the release order by consignee; deal with the abnormal/ damaged issue of goods shipment,
form the closed- loop management from spare parts release to customer and improve customer
satisfaction
- Conduct business training and assessment of business skills for subordinate staff to improve staff quality
and work efficiency
- Formulate warehouse functional area planning, optimize warehouse space arrangement, rationally plan
and arrange warehouse shelves and cargo space; purchase shelves and upgrade warehouse and update
on DMS system based on in/out information
- Responsible for the registration and updating of fixed assets in the warehouse, maintenance, and
upkeep, ageing management of spare parts, and maintenance of spare parts in stock
- Responsible for routine inventory of spare parts and other fixed assets in the warehouse
- Responsible for purchasing packaging materials and managing packaging material inventory
- Managing courier suppliers and safeguarding the efficiency of parts delivery.
- Other tasks related to warehouse management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Warehouse management/ logistics/ supply chain management or
equivalent
- 5 years or more in the automotive industry or warehouse management
- At least 5 years of full-time experience in management and a supervisory role of a parts
- Proficient Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel graphs, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English proficiency
