JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent will be responsible for the financial work of managing the receivables and payments
related to sales for BAIC SA, several key responsibilities are listed below
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the compliance review, bookkeeping and daily control of sales-related expenses
- Responsible for sales policy compliance review and accounting
- Responsible for vehicle sales receipt verification, invoice issuing and allocation
- Responsible for after-sales parts, sales receipt verification, invoice issuing and allocation
- Responsible for management of Sales and Marketing accounts receivables and accounts
payables
- Responsible for product sales statistics
- Responsible for the statistics of sales expenses
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by leadership
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ National Diploma in Accounting at NQF level 7 or above
- SAICA qualified Chartered Accountant preferred
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
COMPETENCIES:
- Automotive product related knowledge
- Excellent communication and cross- cultural teamwork ability
- Familiar with various national financial policies
