On October 12, 2023, the results of the 2023 China Automobile Customer Satisfaction
Index (CACSI) were officially released by the China Quality Association. The BEIJING X55 model ranked first in
customer satisfaction in the compact SUV segment priced between 100,000 and 150,000 yuan. Since 2002, the
China Quality Association has organized and conducted Customer Satisfaction Index (CACSI) evaluations for the
Chinese petrol vehicle industry for 22 consecutive years, continuously urging the industry to improve quality
and guiding consumption. It has now become one of the most authoritative and influential evaluations in the
Chinese automotive industry.
The 2023 CACSI evaluation encompassed 173 best-selling brand models,
involving 37 automobile production enterprises and 45 automobile brands across China. The survey covered 90
major cities in the five major market regions: eastern, southern, western, northern, and central regions. The
evaluation index system is compiled based on five categories: overall satisfaction, performance design,
quality reliability, after-sales service, and sales service.
As the first petrol-powered vehicle
equipped with the Harmony OS system, the BEIJING X55 integrates numerous cutting-edge technologies, adopts the
diamond star design concept and interstellar engine cockpit design, optimizes performance and texture
experience, and is compatible with more diverse driving scenarios. Since its launch in 2022, it has garnered a
loyal user base and is particularly popular among the younger Generation Z. In the context of consumer
upgrading, service quality and user evaluation have become key indicators for measuring brand value, with
users increasingly pursuing refined cost-effectiveness. The accolades bestowed upon the BEIJING X55 not only
affirm the increasing user recognition of BAIC but also exemplify BAIC's steadfast customer management
strategy.
